Terms of Service

These Terms govern the use of MyTripz, a web app for trip planning. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using MyTripz, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
MyTripz is a trip-planning tool: you create maps, add places, build day-by-day itineraries and generate optimized routes with Google Maps. Maps can be shared with other people.
3. Account and access
- Sign-in is exclusively through your Google account. Keep access to that account secure.
- You are responsible for all activity carried out under your account.
- We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or use the service abusively.
4. Plans and payment
- MyTripz offers a free Free plan and paid PRO and MAX plans, billed monthly or annually.
- Subscriptions are recurring and renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
- Payments are processed by external partners (Paddle and Mercado Pago). Paddle acts as Merchant of Record for international transactions.
- Prices and applicable taxes are shown before you confirm the purchase.
5. Refunds
Our refund policy, including the withdrawal right, is described in detail in the Refund Policy.
6. Acceptable use
When using MyTripz, you agree not to:
- Use the service for illegal purposes or to violate third-party rights.
- Attempt to access accounts, data or systems without authorization.
- Overload, interfere with or compromise the security of the platform.
- Copy, resell or exploit the service without authorization.
7. Your content
The maps, places, itineraries and other data you create are yours. You grant us permission to store and process them solely to operate the service. You are responsible for the content you add.
8. Intellectual property
The MyTripz brand, software, design and texts are our property. These Terms do not transfer any rights over them.
9. Third-party services
MyTripz integrates external services (Google Maps, Google OAuth, payment providers, email and AI). Use of those services is also subject to the terms of the respective providers.
10. Limitation of liability
The service is provided as is. We do not guarantee that routes, opening hours or place information are always accurate or available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service.
11. Changes and governing law
We may update these Terms; significant changes will be communicated on the platform or by email, and continued use after the update means acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.
